Ishtar es una de mis obras más polémicas. Como representación de la diosa del amor y de la guerra que es, la pieza, que quedó colgada permanentemente en una de las paredes del barrio del Cabanyal (Valencia), cumpliendo su fin, siendo amada y odiada a la par.

La obra original está prácticamente deteriorada por el paso del tiempo y por las agresiones sufridas por sus detractores, pero Ishtar siempre permanecerá entre nosotrxs como un pedacito de historia más del arte callejero.

Ishtar is one of my most controversial works. As a representation of the goddess of love and war that she is, the piece, which was permanently hung on one of the walls of the Cabanyal neighborhood (Valencia), fulfilling its purpose, being loved and hated at the same time. The original work is practically deteriorated by the passage of time and by the attacks suffered by its detractors, but Ishtar will always remain among us as one more piece of street art history.
